Donations
In 2010, Indian passed the Foreign Contributions Registrations Act (FCRA) which required all Indian charities and trusts to comply with a series of additional regulations and auditing requirements before they can receive donations from foreign countries. As of 2014, Bartimaeus has successfully registered for FCRA approval, and has been in compliance with the new financial and accounting regulations.
